really angry of this company who make " FEVO MASTERCARD "
first, i bought my first fevo mastercard frm them.
i asked them, " if my card expiry can i take out the money that still inside? "
they say " Yes. can. just buy a new card to tranfer the balance over or take it out "
now they very powerful.
they told me cant tranfer over. cant tranfer over NVM
they say, if need to take out my balance, they charge me $5.
what the hell is this?
we pay for the card. we top up.
card expiry we take back our own money oso cant?
and now need pay them $5 for taking out my balance?
this the way you all take to customer.
say 1 things and never do it.
all say say for fun nia? like that for wad open company?
ask me to understand this matter?
